Payment & Order Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Products will not be dispatched or delivered until payment authorization is confirmed.
• Shoora Fresh utilizes secure, encrypted payment processing gateways. We are not liable for transaction delays, payment failures, or bank declines caused by:

  • 1. Unauthorized transaction attempts.
  • 2. Card limits set by participating financial institutions.
  • 3. Network or technical failures during the transaction process.
  • 4. Declined transactions for security reasons.

• Shoora Fresh reserves the right to reject, cancel, or repudiate any order prior to physical delivery without liability, in scenarios such as stock unavailability, incorrect product pricing, suspect fraud, or force majeure events.
• If an order is canceled by Shoora Fresh, any payment collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

If a customer receives a promotional benefit, discount, or refund for an order that is subsequently canceled, adjusted, or deemed fraudulent, Shoora Fresh reserves the right to recover such amounts or set them off against future refunds or account balances.
